■Description
A one-off experiment exploring short, personalized video messages from two embodied characters (Good Santa & Bad Santa), using text-to-speech, lip-sync, and constrained personality scripting.
■Goal
Test emotional response, turnaround time, and perceived "presence" of a non-interactive embodied agent.
■Outcome
- Low organic traction.
- Pipeline validated end-to-end (script → voice → video → delivery).
■Notes
- Strong technical validation.
- Distribution, framing, and seasonality were the main bottlenecks.
- Stack is character-agnostic and reusable for future experiments.
